The IPCC was formed by the UN Environment Program (UNEP) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). WMO And UN members can join. The main objective of the IPCC is to examine the extent to which the UB Framework Convention Climate Change Agreement has been complied with.

It is an international environmental agreement signed under the auspices of the United Nations. UNFCC (United Nations Framework Convention On Climate Change).
The agreement was signed at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, the capital of Brazil.
This agreement led to major changes. The goal of the agreement is to stabilize the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere in a way that does not affect the atmosphere due to human intervention.The member states have to take the necessary steps to achieve this goal. Although 197 countries are members of the United Nations, only 165 countries have signed up to it.
